Parade Participants should arrive at Bernard School at 9:00am for Parade Staging. Anyone who pre-purchased their ride bracelet will get their bracelet prior to the Parade Start.

Friday (Alumni Night): Free parking on bottom lot by the gym. Please do not park by the rides, as those spots are reserved for vendor parking.

Saturday: Parking on the lot is ONLY for those who purchase a parking pass. Purchase here. All motorized vehicles must have a pass to use the reserved lot. Free parking is available at Blades School (5140 Patterson Rd) with a shuttle running back and forth from 8:30am-10:00pm.

For everyone’s safety, ALL motorized vehicles (including golf carts and motorcycles) can only park in the designated parking areas and CANNOT enter Picnic grounds. Thank you for your cooperation.

Ride bracelets can be purchased on Picnic Day for $50

For everyone’s safety, all motorized vehicles (including golf carts, motorcycles) can only park in the designated parking areas and cannot enter Picnic grounds.  We would greatly appreciate your cooperation. 

No one at anytime may park in circular driveway, this is Fire Lane. 

No outside tents are allowed on the grounds. We will have free seating available outside the Parish Center.

No Coolers, Glass Bottles, or Outside Alcohol are allowed on the Picnic Grounds.

First Aid will be available next to the Information Booth.

If the weather becomes severe, please do not stay under any of the tents and go to the Parish Center.   

Our picnic needs the efforts of over 1,000 volunteer hours to host our event. We need all of our parishioners to help out, so if you are able to spare an hour or two during the picnic, we can find a spot for you!

$2,200 and GROWING!

Tickets can be purchased after Mass the weekend of May 31/June 1 and on Picnic Day.

Physical tickets were distributed in the April 4/5 bulletin.  Additional tickets will be available in the Church and Parish lobby.  Each ticket is $5.00 and the winner receives get 50% of proceeds, watch the parish website for weekly totals.  (You must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket and resident of Missouri).

We are currently accepting donations for our raffle baskets. Please contact Jill Vaughn to donate items.

Our SMMA grillers are offering up a special BBQ Dinner. Dinner of three meats and two sides for up to six people Saturday June 6, after Mass. Raffle tickets are available and you can purchase at school, after Mass, or online. The winner will be announced on Monday, June 1, giving you plenty of time to round up your hungry crew! Tickets are $5.00 each.
