Hotlines
During your teenage years, a lot of issues can arise and you may not always have the answers. My first suggestion in finding these answers is to find an adult who you can trust to talk to about the things you’re going through. However, I realize that finding that person may not always be easy. If you find yourself in a situation or a friend comes to you with a situation and you need to talk to someone but don’t feel like you can go to anyone, I’d like to suggest one of the following hotlines.
