The Parish Council works in cooperation with the Pastor and the total Parish in setting policy and establishing goals, objectives and action plans. Council members serve 3 year terms. Members are nominated by parishioners, if they agree to serve they are then selected by random drawing of all nominees who have agreed to serve. Finally, they are commissioned for Parish service. Meetings are the first Tuesday of each month.

The Council consists of a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Secretary. The other members serve on one of four Commissions which cover all the various groups and organizations within the Parish. The Commissions are; Finance, Christian Education, Liturgy, and Christian Service.
